Directions Take a cloth and saturate it with Poke Root and Castor Oil. Place the cloth directly to the affected area and use a plastic wrap to secure it in place. Leave the Poke Root and Castor Oil pack on for at least 5 hours a day, or overnight if possible. Reapply oil to the pack every 24-36 hours to keep it saturated.
