Another added benefit is a slight blood flow restriction effect which over time will create a denser amount of blood holding tissue! NOTE: Both sizes will fit a 2" tube. The size one has a smaller opening whereas the size 2 has a larger opening. If a 2" tube is snug for you then order the size 2. However, if a 2" tube is larger on you then order the size one.
