Our yerba mate is gently air dried, then delicately roasted to unlock a distinct flavor profile that is deeper and more complex than that of green (unroasted) yerba mate. Caffeine content (~75mg/8oz brewed) may vary depending on brew method but is generally comparable to the same volume of drip coffee.
