While our cups should be totally fine on the top rack of your dishwasher using a normal heat cycle, please be aware dishwashing soaps, temperatures, and water hardness varies from home to home. Here in Louisiana, our water is moderately hard, and we haven’t had any issues washing our cups in the dishwasher. (Cup styles may vary during peak seasons.) 40oz Glass Tumblers: Glass straws may not reach the very bottom, but don’t worry—they still work perfectly for sipping! Each 40oz tumbler also includes a plastic straw that reaches the bottom. -comes with Bamboo lid and straw cleaner. Lids do not have vent holes, but this does not affect suction as long as the cup isn’t overfilled. If liquid creeps up through the straw when inserting it after sealing the lid, this is due to air displacement.To avoid this, insert the straw before sealing the lid.
