This cage will most likely need to be worn with a waist strap as it may not stay in place on its own.Ring SizingThis cage cannot be used with a base ring smaller than 40mm - even a 40mm base ring may cause severe problems due to how small a gap is created.It is recommended to go up 6-8mm in diameter from the ring size you would wear with a more traditional cage design with the Innie.
