Work in a clean space with no circulating air. Gently Incorporate Spawn: Avoid handling your spawn and substrate with bare hands. Use 3-6 pounds of spawn per 10 pound sub bag. Gently pour the spawn into the substrate bag, being careful not to let the two bags touch. This prevents cross-contamination.
