You will get to learn how to mix three different cocktails and get to relax and enjoy your cocktails and eat some charcuterie! Wow!This is a 90 minute classMost of the components for the cocktails will be per-made by the chef instructor, so you can get right to the fun mixing and tasting part.In this class, you will learn:• About batching cocktails for parties• How to make a shrub and what a shrub is• How make 3 types of cocktails• How to shake, stir and muddle• How to use essential bar equipment to achieve a successful cocktails You will go home with:• New understanding of different type of cocktails• An understanding on how to replicate the recipes andachieve successful cocktails• Recipes for 3 cocktails and their components (emailed to you at the time of booking). All ingredients and equipment for your cocktail course are provided, you do not need to bring anything with you other than your government issued ID. The teacher will ensure that youwork at a pace suitable for you.Please note this is a 19+ class, you will be working with and consuming alcohol in this class. Please plan for a safe ride home.
