Depending on the size and shape of the bell (center bump) on the cymbals, the VELOC cymbal bags can accommodate anywhere from 10-14 cymbals. Each zippered pocket comes with a felt divider to help keep cymbals from clanging and scratching during transport. We don't recommend to overload the bag that prevents the lid from closing flat, or adding stress to the zippers. What are the sizes of each pocket? The 22" model has the following padded zippered pockets with dividers inside: 10", 12", 15", 19", 22" - The 24" model add a 24" pocket. What's the difference between the VELOC bags and a hard case? VELOC bags have a hard ABS/PC shell on the bottom to accommodate the hardware needed to attach them to the VELOC magnetic cart, while adding amazing impact protection.
