If you are a half size, we suggest sizing UP to the nearest whole size.  If plastic feels tight, you may apply heat from a blow dryer for 10-30 seconds to help the plastic expand and stretch.  Maintenance: Easy to clean insole! This insole can be wiped clean in just 60 seconds with some warm water and soap. It dries instantly and will look brand new.
