The Year of The Horse is the 7th in the twelve-year cycle of the Chinese animal calendar. Horse folks are considered agile, bold and good humoured, liked by those around them. The flowers at the heart of Valiant suggest sultry vacations, walking in the cool shade of burgeoning trees, fruit warm and ripening, sun flickering through leaves. Joyful orange blossom, mandarin, orange, grapefruit and neroli are poured over jasmine, cherry blossom and ylang-ylang, that has hints of monoi and green banana. A vanilla-rich base is flavoured with amber, sandalwood, tonka and a cocoa kissed patchouli.
