Hand made ceramic garlic grater plates . Each dish is individually hand spun, hand painted and triple glazed . We have been working with the family that makes them for over 20 years . They have mastered the art of ceramics as it has been in their family for over 100 years . These dishes were made famous for grating Garlic , Ginger, Jalapeños and wasabi but also amazing for hard cheeses, nutmeg, cinnamon sticks, zest for orange, limes and lemons, strawberry puree, nuts, chocolate and much much more . No two dishes are alike but will all work the same they come with a full instructions the brush to get everything out and the garlic peeler . The teeth are guaranteed to never dull for the life of the dish ( just don’t play frisbee with it )
