Made of soft silicone and designed with sleep in mind,  Sleep Sound plugs will not move or fall out no matter how you sleep. Sleep Sound's are similar to Total Block earplugs except the outer portion of the earplug is trimmed down in the concha region, which allows for increased comfort when sleeping on your side or stomach.
