Many manufacturers lower costs at this stage and will use either cheaper yarn or layers of polyester. However, at our facility, we only use Pure cotton yarn with freshly picked cotton without any sort of contamination. While this yarn type is more expensive to make it creates an ultra-luxury blank garment that can't be found anywhere else. SE-Tech hybrid Fleece Custom Developed hybrid fleece developed in house in our factory in Pakistan, this is a custom fabric that starts at the yarn level. We utilize high yarn singles while maintaining a high gsm which allows for a fine luxurious fabric while maintaining weight. The Yarn we use is pure 100% cotton with no contamination. While 460-500 gsm blanks in the market utilize singles from 16/1 - 28/1 our singles surpass this. Our inner lining is a hybrid between terry/fleece a first in the market, while others are utilizing 100% polyester to cut costs.
