YARN:  A common component and factor that dictates the final garment is the quality of the yarn used. Many manufacturers lower costs at this stage and will use either cheaper yarn or layers of polyester. However, at our facility, we only use Pure cotton yarn with freshly picked cotton without any sort of contamination. While this yarn type is more expensive to make it creates an ultra-luxury blank garment that can't be found anywhere else. SE-Tech Proprietary Fleece: Developed in house in our Yarn mill in Pakistan, this is a custom fabric that starts at the yarn level. We utilize high yarn singles while maintaining a high gsm which allows for a fine luxurious fabric while maintaining weight. While 460-500 gsm blanks in the market utilize singles from 16/1 - 28/1 our singles surpass this. Each layer of the fleece utilizes pure fresh 100% cotton while our inner lining maximizes the ratio of cotton to create a hybrid fleece/french terry lining.
