Fabric Engineered for DTG & Embroidery: Our Custom Fabric is made to make DTG prints higher in quality and more efficient. Standard blanks in the market despite claiming 100% cotton have polyester cut into the garment which gets in the way of DTG absorbing correctly.  In addition other cotton blanks in the market are treated with a silicon wash which provides an artificial softness to the garment. Silicon finishes and washes interfere with the pre-treat process of the garment and reduces the rate and quality of absorption of DTG. Seventh Earth Ultra Luxury Blanks maintain the purity of cotton without any additives or stuffing of polyester which allows for seamless and pristine DTG Garment printing. DYE: All our fabric is dyed using iso-certified dye made from natural mineral dying processes, utilizing natural resources and fresh water. Please keep in mind that due to using natural dye processes the image and the product may have slight differences in shade. Marbled Indigo: Using natural mineral dye of indigo hue we fuse this within the yarn of the garment during fabric production and finish of with a mineral dye after fabric is complete. SE-Tech Proprietary Fleece: Developed in house in our Yarn mill in Pakistan, this is a custom fabric that starts at the yarn level. We utilize high yarn singles while maintaining a high gsm which allows for a fine luxurious fabric while maintaining weight. While 460-500 gsm blanks in the market utilize singles from 16/1 - 28/1 our singles surpass this. Each layer of the fleece utilizes pure fresh 100% cotton while our inner lining maximizes the ratio of cotton to create a hybrid fleece/french terry lining.
