This was designed to work with a factory Barra flex plate. Some heavy duty aftermarket flex plates such as Yella Terra, will not clearance the converter adapter. Clearancing is required to use the factory style starter motor as the starter snout will interfere with the adapter plate as the gearbox mounting point. Adapter plate thickness 44mm.
