Refurbished Machines  Refurbished 9Barista espresso machines are pre-owned machines or machines that have minor aesthetic defects that mean we cannot sell them as brand new. All machines are subject to a rigorous refurbishment process, that includes: Full inspection Ultrasonic cleaning and sterilisation process Replacement of all o-rings, safety valve, valve pin and basket cap Supply of new spare safety ring and boiler o-ring Repackaging in a brand new box Full quality check prior to shipping Will my refurbished machine work properly? Yes. Refurbished machines are fully functioning machines that are fully inspected and refurbished by our team of expert engineers and machine builders. They might have very slightly cosmetic blemishes.   Do refurbished machines come with a warranty? Yes, they come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty.    What is the return policy on refurbished machines? We offer a 30 day return policy. You can find out more about our return policy here. Our refurbished machines are very popular, and we have a limited supply of them. As a result, they're often out of stock. If the machine you want is out of stock, you can check back at a later date, or consider a new machine. Custom Engraving We offer custom laser engraving on all 9Barista machines. The engraving is available on the side of the group head. Engraved machines incur a 48 hour lead time versus non-engraved machines. Text engraving Three lines of centre aligned text engraved on the side of the 9Barista, just below the fins on the group head. Each line can be up to 30 characters in length and we use the Helvetica font with an individual line height of approximately 3mm. Unfortunately we’re not able to engrave emojis. Custom graphic or logo A black on sliver graphic engraved on the side of your 9Barista, just below the fins on the group head. We are able to engrave simple custom images or logos, please contact us if you would like to know more.
