Manufactured entirely from 1.5mm wall thickness 304 stainless steel, this manifold weighs just 3.5kg, making it one of the lightest tubular manifold solutions available for the Abarth platform. The advanced 4-into-1 collector design has been engineered to improve exhaust gas flow, reduce back pressure, lower exhaust temperatures, and maximise turbocharger efficiency. Designed and manufactured by GMC Racing in Italy, this kit provides the ideal foundation for high-performance turbocharger conversions where the limitations of the factory manifold become a restriction. By allowing exhaust gases from each cylinder to merge efficiently, the design reduces turbulence and restriction while improving turbine efficiency. The result is improved turbocharger response, reduced exhaust temperatures, and the potential for significant power increases compared to the factory cast manifold. Welding & Manufacturing Quality Each manifold is hand-fabricated from premium 304 stainless steel and features GMC Racing's renowned welding quality. The smooth internal weld finish helps maximise exhaust flow while maintaining exceptional strength and durability under extreme operating conditions. The precision construction and CNC-machined stainless steel flanges ensure excellent fitment and long-term reliability. Important Information This manifold is designed for T25 turbocharger conversions and is commonly used with GBC20-300 and GBC22-350 turbocharger setups. This manifold requires supporting modifications and professional installation. ECU calibration/remapping will be required to achieve optimum performance and safe operation. Depending on the intended power level, fuel system upgrades such as larger injectors and supporting hardware may also be required. This kit should only be installed by a competent professional who is experienced with custom turbocharged vehicle builds. Depending on the vehicle specification and existing modifications, custom adjustments may be required during installation, particularly when used alongside aftermarket intake systems, intercoolers, boost pipework, and other performance upgrades. Installation of this manifold requires modifications to the exhaust system, intake system, engine water pipework, and turbocharger hoses. GMC Racing recommends replacing the water hose gasket with Fiat part number 71776601, which is available separately on our website. Due to the nature of this product and the wide variety of modifications found on the Abarth platform, installation requirements may vary from vehicle to vehicle.
