The length option is the TOTAL chain length including the name. If you order an 16" chain, the necklace will come as CHAIN + DESIGN = 16"/40cm. All pieces will come with a 1" extension chain for the PERFECT FIT. Your order will come in a suede gift pouch as shown in the images. Tick the gift wrap option at the checkout for a gift box and a handwritten gift card. Turn Around Time This item is custom-made to order. Our standard turnaround time is about 3 business days but you can upgrade to 'Rush My Order' selection for an additional £10 if you would like your item to be made and shipped within 1 business day.
