With an adjustable wrist strap, fits most over the age 11+.  Sizing as follows: 8.5" in wrist circumference 10" long / tall from the base of the sliding mitt to the finger tips5" wide at the wrist Warning: This equipment may be used to help in preventing or reducing the extent of an injury.
