Built to fit both left or right hands, and a stretchy compression wrist strap designed to fit most any wrist size 10 and under. We recommend referring to the sizing guide for exact measurements. Sizing guide:  This is a "Small" sliding mitt.  Exact measurements:  Standard is 8.5” in circumference, 10.25” in length, and 4.5” wide.
