Details: This lining is a no-stretch knit with a high sheen and stiff drape. It would be excellent for petticoats or a gathered lining to create volume. Polyester lining fabric is a lightweight, durable, and versatile fabric often used as a lining for garments. Its smooth texture, low friction, and resistance to wrinkles make it ideal for enhancing the fit, comfort, and appearance of clothing. There is no surefire way for us to determine care instructions on secondhand and deadstock items.  All of our fabrics are destash donations or deadstock from other businesses. We check each and every fabric for flaws and do our best to note if a fabric is as-is. Despite our best efforts, we are all still human, so fabrics may have very minor imperfections from age. There is also always an amount of risk associated with secondhand fabrics since sometimes flaws don't appear until the fabric is pre-washed.
