She has released three albums of kids’ yoga songs, as well as her CD Mindful Moments for Kids, which won the Parents’ Choice Gold Award. Kira leads kids’ yoga and mindfulness workshops, and performs her highly popular Rockin' Yoga Assemblies and Yoga Concerts with her band at schools and family-friendly venues nationwide. Her children’s mindfulness book, “Breathe Like a Bear,” is due for a fall 2017 release.
