Everything you need to attach to your FLAK the correct way. The back of the placard has velcro style hook to attached to the front of your plate carrier keeping it secure and sturdy. Pals platform with holes for shock cord placement and retention. Slimline and scalable.  Low IR laser cut laminate for strength and durability. Attach your TakTic QD Buckle or like sliding QD buckles directly to the placard for a better retention and fit.
