LBX Tactical Modular Plate Carrier Tactical Vest

The LBX Tactical Modular Plate Carrier (LBX-0300) is a MOLLE-equipped tactical vest shell designed for users who need a configurable, field-ready loadout platform. The front panel, back panel, and cummerbund all carry modular PALS webbing, so you can build your kit from the ground up. The cummerbund adjusts from 32 to 46 inches, covering a wide range of body types without swapping hardware. Available in Woodland colorway and three plate sizes to match small, medium, and large plate formats. Who this is for Tactical professionals and security personnel who need a fully modular carrier they can configure to mission-specific pouch layouts without purchasing a new shell. Competitive shooters and training participants who want a durable plate-capable vest with enough MOLLE real estate to run magazine pouches, med kits, and admin gear simultaneously. Preppers and serious recreational shooters building a capable defensive loadout on a budget without sacrificing adjustability or structural integrity. Plate compatibility The LBX-0300 ships in three size configurations, each sized to a specific plate format. The Small accepts plates up to 8.75 x 11.75 inches. The Medium accepts plates up to 9.5 x 12.5 inches. The Large accepts plates up to 10.125 x 13.25 inches. These dimensions correspond broadly to Small SAPI, Medium SAPI, and Large SAPI plate footprints. If you run standard 10x12 Shooters Cut plates, the Large size is the appropriate fit. MOLLE coverage and capacity PALS webbing runs across the full face of the front panel, back panel, and cummerbund, giving you three independent attachment surfaces to work with. The top rows of the front panel webbing include hook-and-loop backing for identification patches, Ground Reaction Graphics (GRG), and similar flat panel accessories — so that real estate does double duty. Hydration and communications cable guides are routed on both the front and rear panels, keeping hose and wire runs managed and off your webbing columns. Sizing and adjustability Shoulder straps are fully adjustable and include padded strap covers for extended wear comfort. The cummerbund adjusts continuously between 32 and 46 inches, accommodating most adult torso widths without requiring a separate cummerbund panel purchase. A heavy-duty drag handle sits at the top of the carrier for emergency extraction scenarios. Select your size based on the plate you intend to run: Small for sub-9-inch wide plates, Medium for 9–9.5-inch wide plates, and Large for standard 10-inch wide plates. Comfort and construction Padded shoulder strap covers reduce hotspot loading during extended use. The drag handle is reinforced for load-bearing extraction without carrier failure. The overall shell construction follows the LBX Tactical approach to duty-grade plate carriers — stripped down to the functional essentials, with no non-structural weight added. The Woodland colorway suits woodland and mixed-terrain environments.
