To achieve the best flavour, wet the paper filter first, add the coffee grounds, and slowly pour the hot water on top, working in a circular motion. A gooseneck kettle is recommended for accuracy and control when pouring. The Hario V60 filter papers have been designed to remove unnecessary oils from your brew.
