Reserve your ⅛ beef today. Our next available delivery date is mid-January 2026. You pay a $150 deposit today. When your beef is ready, we will email an invoice for the remaining $510 and a request for your preferred shipping date. Your invoice must be paid before we ship your order. For those not in our free shipping states, the shipping charges for your order are due at the time of the deposit. When your order arrives, we recommend moving it to your freezer as soon as possible. Freezer Space: You will need close to 2 cubic feet of freezer space for your ⅛ Beef Bundle. For reference, a typical kitchen freezer is approximately 5-6 cubic feet (less if you have an ice maker). For customers stepping up their order to a ¼ Beef Bundle or ½ Beef Bundle, we recommend getting a deep freezer to store your beef.
