Our UHT Soft Serve Mix is a premium ready-to-use liquid dessert base made with fresh Australian dairy. It’s specially formulated for soft serve and frozen dessert machines, producing a smooth, creamy, and delicious ice cream-style product with consistent results — every serve. This is shelf-stable with 9-month shelf life from manufacturing. It is designed to simplify the process of handling soft serve mix at your store and to ensure a consistent product quality: Product Feature: Product Consistency 7.5 Litre Aseptic Bag Shelf Stable Made with Local Fresh Milk Preparation Instructions Shake the carton well before opening. Pour directly into your clean, sanitised soft serve machine hopper. Set machine to manufacturer’s recommended temperature (hopper: 1–4°C; cylinder: -6°C to -8°C). Allow mix to freeze and dispense when desired texture is achieved. Store unopened packs in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 5 days.
