SAMURAI JEANS S2000HX II 15.8oz Samurai Cotton GL3 Selvedge Denim Relax Straight Jeans on Garmentory

This is a new model in the Samurai Vintage Series, the S2000HX. The pocket lining uses olive-colored herringbone twill fabric. The leather label is based on the design of the early Samurai Jeans wartime models, and the flasher features a camouflage pattern. It retains the basic specifications characteristic of wartime models, such as the stitching and the raw-cut hem. The silhouette is a slightly wider straight leg with ample room in the rise and hips. About the Fabric The warp threads are made of uneven 6-count yarn, and the dyeing is done in a deep indigo color with a slightly stronger blue hue, reflecting the image of denim from that era. For the weft threads, a special original uneven 5-count yarn is used, mixed with Samurai’s own homegrown cotton, Samurai Cotton. This yarn is then carefully woven on the GL3, an old-fashioned power loom considered a masterpiece by Toyota Automatic Loom Works.
