If you don't have glasses, then have a friend help your fitting by measuring the width of your face from temple to temple. SMALL: 125-128mm / 4.9-5 inches  MEDIUM: 129-132mm / 5.1-5.2 inches  LARGE: 133-136mm / 5.3-5.4 inches 02 Find Your Size The right size frames should have a width of within 4mm of what you measured from hinge to hinge or between your temples.
