It allows for easy on/off access around the dogs neck, shoulder or stomach.Tired of those pups spinning around?... Well, a D-Ring is included to use with your Pole Extension-Strap! The metal slider will help keep the pets from slipping away. **(Important NOTE: The metal slider DOES NOT Lock).
