Guatemala always processes their coffee using the "washed" method, but this very small lot of Guatemalan was processed using the African "natural" method, drying it under the sun to make it extra sweet and fruity. Processed at the FECCEG Mill (Federacion Comercializadora de Cafe Especial de Guatemala) high in the mountains of the Quiche region, this is an atypical Guatemala that is winey and fruity with a unique sweet pie crust finish.
