Built around Sugar Daddy's coconut co-ferment Pink Bourbon, which brings out notes of lamington, caramel and creamy milk chocolate. Paired with a raspberry jam base, Inglewood Vodka, and Inglewood Coffee Liqueur for a rich, velvety sip with lingering sweetness. Ingredients: 1 Double Shot Sugar Daddy Espresso 15ml Inglewood Vodka 60ml Inglewood Coffee Liqueur 1 tsp Raspberry Jam 6 Large Ice Cubes 1 tbsp Sugar Syrup (Optional) 1 tbsp Desiccated Coconut (Optional) Raspberry Jam, for Garnish (Optional) Steps: Prep the Glass (optional)Dip half the rim of a chilled martini glass into 1 tbsp sugar syrup, then into 1 tbsp desiccated coconut to coat. Spoon 1 tsp raspberry jam into the bottom of the chilled glass and let it settle, this creates the jam streak. Pull the ShotPull one double shot of Sugar Daddy espresso and let it cool for a minute while you build the shaker. Build the ShakerFill a shaker with 6 large ice cubes. Add the cooled espresso, 15ml Inglewood Vodka, 60ml Inglewood Coffee Liqueur and 1 tsp raspberry jam. Shake HardSeal and shake hard for 20 seconds until frothy. Strain and ServeDouble-strain slowly over the jam layer so it doesn't fully blend, keeping some separation. Optional: finish with a small dollop of raspberry jam on top of the foam for added sweetness.
