Samurai Jeans S512BC19oz 'Kiwami' Slim Fit Bootcut Selvedge Jeans - Indigo Onewash

The Samurai Jeans S512BC19oz is a slim-fit bootcut model with a slightly close fit from the hips through the thighs and a gentle flare from the knee to the hem. This gives the jean a distinctive, sharply balanced silhouette, combining a fitted top block with the classic presence of a bootcut leg. The onewash finish removes most shrinkage, though this model runs small and is recommended to size up. Made in Japan from 19oz Kiwami selvedge denim, the fabric is woven from uneven warp 5 and weft 4 yarns pushed to the limit on an old-fashioned power loom. The result is one of Samurai’s stiffest original denims, giving the cloth a strong, substantial feel with serious texture and fade potential. Details include an Impermanence jacquard lining, iron sunrise buttons, copper coin-shaped rivets, a special leather patch and flasher, and a silver lamé selvedge ID. The leather patch features a lunar eclipse motif referencing the flared silhouette, alongside a large Musashi Kojiro design representing the 19oz specification. The sewing is mainly original yellow, with stitch count, width and construction adjusted across different areas for a sharp finish. Due to a specification change, the back pocket stitching and SAMURAI woven name tag have been removed.
