Study Piece: Classical Bud Vase - Seconds

Part of a small batch created during skill-building in the studio, each Study Piece reflects our commitment to preserving British heritage craftsmanship while supporting a new generation of makers. Every piece is fully functional and carefully made, yet show irregularities that reflect its place in the thrower’s making journey, bringing them up to John Julian standards. As each item is shaped and finished by hand, variations in form, and size are to be expected. Rather than flaws, we consider these distinctions to be part of each piece’s unique character and quiet charm, no two are ever exactly alike.
