Description The E-Tac Collar is an exclusive K9 Tactical Gear Design. Unlike copycat products, we are the original designers of this collar. We sourced the finest components available on the market and designed this one-of-a-kind collar. Our lead designer was the first to integrate an e-collar into a flat collar. This allows for the elimination of an extra piece of equipment on your dog. The benefit of using this collar is being able to ditch the standard rubber strap that you have to constantly re-adjust. You can set this collar once and be done! The wide construction of the collar can cover and help distract strangers from seeing or asking questions about the use of training aids. It also comes equipped with the space for ID panels. This collar has a buckle fur guard to help keep your dog's hair from getting caught in the buckle. The V-Ring is set high for ease-of-use and a more ergonomic design. This unique placement of the V-Ring opposite to the buckle allows the attachment point to sit near the top of the canine's neck for ease of leash connection. The collar is held together with a high strength bar-tac stich pattern commonly used in skydiving and rock-climbing equipment. This collar comes standard with the following: A aluminum alloy black polished slide adjuster, forged V-Ring attachment point, and a 1.75” Pro Style AustriAlpin buckle. The E-Tac Collar 1.75” features a steel V-Ring for independent attachment. How many panels can I attach to this collar? What size can they be? The Tac 2 1.75” can fit up to 6” of panels/patches. Customizable ID panel comes at a maximum length of 6” depending on text lettering, so you’re still left with extra space for additional panels/patches. What is the purpose of the elastic band? The elastic band is designed to retain the layers of collar webbing if it’s adjusted. Once the slide adjuster is moved to shorten the collar, it leaves a space for the webbing to expand freely. The band prevents this to avoid snagging. My contact points are too large for the holes. What should I do? The contact points on E-collars are typically threaded caps and should be unscrewed before mounting to the E-Tac collar. Once the threaded studs are fed through the holes and E-Collar secured by Velcro, you can thread the caps back on.
