Draped silk chiffon lunettes adorned with a large baroque freshwater pearl suspended by string pearls and glass beads. Mid layered in English net lining. Inner corset construction features a rigid but flexible fine mesh fully structured by transparent rigilene boning. Laced with two heavy-duty satin cords that meet at the waist for maximum pull and reduction. Each garment is fully draped and patterned on a dressform molded with precise measurements using front and side profile photos as proportional reference. FAQS WHAT MEASUREMENTS ARE REQUIRED? Your unique measurements are the most important part of the process. This document outlines the terms and conditions for the creation and delivery of your custom bridal garment. Payment and Non-Refundable Policy Full payment due before services are rendered. The Client agrees that the total payment amount is due in full and is non-refundable. The Client acknowledges that all payments made are non-refundable and the Designer will retain all payments as compensation for time, resources, and commitment to the project. Reservation of Timeframe The Client agrees to reserve a specific timeframe for the Designer’s services, which includes time, resources, and availability required to complete the bridal garment. This timeframe is non-refundable and cannot be altered once confirmed. The Designer’s time is reserved exclusively for the Client during this period and is considered a binding commitment. No Partial Refunds No partial refunds will be granted under any circumstances after full payment is received. Cancellation and Forfeiture of Payment In the event that the Client cancels the order, all payments made will be forfeited. The Client acknowledges that once the order is confirmed, the Designer will not issue any refund. The Designer retains all payments as compensation for the time, resources, and commitment made to the project. Final Photos Once your garment is completed, Client will be provided final photos for confirmation before it is packaged and shipped. Any modification after confirming final photo will incur additional fees. Final Acceptance and Satisfaction Upon completion of the bridal garment, it is the Client’s responsibility to review and communicate any concerns before final delivery. Once the garment is delivered or the final fitting is completed, no refunds will be made. Minor alterations may be provided after the final fitting. Significant changes may incur additional costs. Shipping costs are not covered in the total for alterations. Client Acknowledgement and Agreement The Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined, including the non-refundable payment policy, the reserved timeframe, and the cancellation terms. The Client further affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions specified.
