The Santa Fe Olive Oil company tasting room was launched in 2010 and has since thrived as a cornerstone of experiential retail in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Michael Aranda, a local from Santa Fe, grew up in a Hispanic and Lebanese household where there was always a love for food! After studying in Europe for years and enjoying the wonderful culture of food he realized that the quality of Olive Oil was very low in the states. Since then, he has traveled to find only the top producers of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic from around the world.
