Bonneville

The Bonneville is built with 1.5mm full vegetable-tanned cowhide, finished with a black pigmented topcoat over a drum-dyed rust-brown core, designed to show contrast as the top finish wears through at high-contact areas. The body is fully lined in a cotton-poly blend woodland camouflage lining. Front closure is via a Talon 10mm main zipper, fitted with an arrowhead leather pull tab. The zipper is set with a raised start above the bottom hem to reduce stacking and distortion at the waistband. The jacket is finished with a low-profile collar with a center-back seam and shortened points, patterned to remain comfortable when worn up. The back is cut with a bi-swing action back using expansion pleats for added shoulder mobility. It is finished with a fixed half-belt back and side buckle waist adjusters for waist suppression and fit control, with a rear V-yoke and a lower back kidney panel seam visible across the back. Additional construction details include:• Angled hand-warmer pockets with clean-cut pocket mouths and reinforced perimeter stitching.• Single zip-closure chest pocket with chain pull• Underarm ventilation eyelets (dual metal grommets per side)• Snap-adjustable cuffs with branded snaps• Leather buckle tabs with solid metal buckles The Bonneville is built to break in gradually, conform to the wearer, and develop visible character with continued wear. Each jacket is designed in Toronto and built in our own dedicated workshop in Pakistan. We oversee every step — from pattern drafting to leather selection to final inspection. Every jacket is individually photographed, measured, and quality-checked before leaving the shop. We produce in small batches using full-grain leathers, custom hardware, and offer complimentary custom sizing on all builds.
