RDL Block

The most versatile mold yet. Built for RDLs, deadlifts, lunges, and split-leg work. Unlocks full hip ROM — the deep stretch where hamstring and glute growth actually happens. 5" deficit height — extend ROM past where the bar usually stops Five lifts, one block — RDLs, stiff-leg deadlifts, Bulgarian split squats, deficit lunges, single-leg RDLs 1,000+ lb load capacity — supports full bodyweight plus a loaded barbell Reinforced EVA core — denser than a standard wedge, built to outlast your gym membership Non-marking rubber base — grips rubber, turf, hardwood, and concrete with no scuffs Why It Works Deadlift and RDL ROM is bottlenecked by the floor — the bar stops before your hamstrings do. The block extends the lift past the floor and lets you load the stretch where it actually matters. Ideal If You want maximum glute and hamstring growth, your hinges feel weak at the bottom, or you train Bulgarians, split squats, and deficit work and want one tool that handles all of it.
