If Base Coat is cloudy or jelly-like, stand the bottle in one inch of hot water until the product becomes clear. **Do not microwave or submerge in water. Step 3: Lacquer Apply two layers of Nail Lacquer to each nail, allowing each layer to dry matte. **Avoid contact with cuticles and skin to prevent lifting.Step 4: Top Coat Apply one layer of Top Coat to each nail after the Lacquer has dried matte. Wait five minutes—your manicure is done!+Revive: Add 6-8 drops of Revive to a Top Coat, Transform, or Nail Lacquer whose consistency is too thick. Add more if necessary. **DO NOT add Revive to a Base Coat. It will ruin the product. Store with original cap to prevent evaporation from occurring.
