  Please select your preferred time for the date you have chosen. Note that ticket availability is limited for each time slot. Upon arrival, please check in at our Gift Shop registers to receive your tour pass. If you miss your selected time slot, we will do our best to accommodate you on the next available tour. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Refunds are available up to 3 weeks before the reservation date. If you do not show up without contacting us prior to your reservation, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
