Thursday Night Theme Yoga

Hip Mobility & Strength: in this yoga class, expect to gain hip mobility and strength in functional, immediately beneficial ways--whether you need relief from tightness caused by too much sitting, want to prevent IT band tightness as an athlete, or more generally want to feel stronger and more mobile in your hips for daily life or sports. Yin Yoga with aromatherapy. Enjoy a well-rounded yin practice with essential oils in the diffusers. Yin Yin yoga is a style of yoga characterized by longer holds of poses, nearly all of which are done from a seated or reclining position. These longer holds, usually of anywhere from a minute to 10+ minutes, work to release bound up places in your fascia, or connective tissue that runs throughout the body. Core & Restore: Expect to be challenged by core strengthening moves which creatively include yoga poses as well as borrow from traditional core exercises. Along the way, take a break and pause to really stretch and rest in yin yoga moments. Learn how you gain more strength by also resting! Electro Flow: an upbeat vinyasa class set to a mix of EDM and chill electronic music to have you feeling the flow and rhythm of your practice. For each class, you have the option to upgrade your ticket to include a special pair of leggings (available XS-XXL) associated with each of the classes!
