Crockett & Jones - Black Coniston Rough-Out Suede Boots

New to Crockett and Jones main line collection, introducing the Coniston boots in roughout suede. Available in a last 325 and with a standard E fit, the Coniston is a higher leg derby boot and features a straight toe cap. Crafted from the finest roughout suede and finished with dainite rubber soles with storm welt for added water resistance. The black roughout suede is complete with Vibram cleated sole. Rough-out suede is a material that ‘roughs-up’ during wear and becomes increasingly textured and takes on a more casual, weathered aesthetic. If left untreated, it will gradually lighten and feel rougher. However, applying dubbin once a year helps maintain its water resistance while also darkening the leather and softening its texture, restoring some of its original appearance. Available in sizes 6-12.
