Spurtle

This is my favorite tool for stirring, scraping and doling out our sourdough starter. I love using wood utensils in my kitchen. They are not easily deformed, lightweight, durable, don't conduct heat, and made from natural materials. With this simple design, comfortable handle, wide blade with a slightly angled end, it is ideal for mixing and scraping down the sides of your starter jar. This Spurtle is 11 inches long and a little more than 1 inch wide.
