We do offer a low profile box spring base which is 5" tall. To specify if you want a low profile box spring, please email <a href="http://www.shopat21c.com/collections/bed-bath/products/a%20href=%22mailto:orders@shopat21c.com%22%3Eorders@shopat21c.com">orders@shopat21c.com</a>, call customer service at 502.882.6280 or note on the "Special Instructions" box at checkout.</p> <p>Installation is included.  Please allow up to 4 weeks for your mattress to ship in the continental United States. <span data-mce-fragment="1">The last-mile freight company will schedule a delivery appointment directly with you, once your mattress ships.
