The display will light upPlace the safety key onto the magnetic port on the front of the treadmillClip the other end of the safety key securely to your clothingGet on the treadmill:Stand with your feet on the foot rails, one foot on either side of the running beltPress the Start button on the control panelWait for the countdownAs the treadmill begins to move, begin walking along the running beltStop the treadmill:Press the Stop button on the control panel to stop the running beltWait until the treadmill has come to a complete stop before removing the safety key and getting off the treadmillPower off the treadmill:Once the treadmill is stopped, flip the Power switch to the OFF positionUnplug the power cordFold the treadmill:Unscrew the lock pin/knob from the treadmillReturn the incline adjuster to the base levelFrom the front of the treadmill, lift the running board until it’s uprightSecure the running board to the upright posts by inserting the lock pin/knob through the hole on the upright posts and the hole on the side of the running board. Turn clockwise to tighten fullyCare InstructionsUse a slightly damp cloth to wipe any dirt or moisture from the product after each use. You may use a small amount of mild soap or detergent, as neededDry the cleaned areas thoroughlyDo not use abrasive, corrosive, solvent, or chemical cleaners or harsh detergents to clean the productVacuum the motor with a brush at least twice a year to extend the life of your treadmillInspect for visible damage before use. Do not use if damaged or malfunctioningOnly use with the original parts and accessories provided by the manufacturerNever open the motor hood unless you are vacuuming dust from inside, which should only be done 2–4 times per year. Otherwise, do not open the motor hood unless instructed to do so by an authorized service representative. Other than performing the procedures in the user manual, servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative only
