STUDiO RiViERA stands for timeless design, premium quality, and traditional craftsmanship. The clay we use comes from a small village in Tuscany and is considered one of the finest in Italy. Each plate is shaped by hand on the potter’s wheel and sun-dried over several days under the Italian sky. It then undergoes a meticulous three-stage firing process:– First firing at over 1000°C for 36 hours– Hand-applied base glaze, followed by a second firing– Final hand-painted design and a third high-temperature firing This elaborate process gives STUDiO RiViERA tableware its distinctive durability and sets it apart from ordinary ceramics.
