Greek Lamb & Risoni Stew

This is a home-cooked style meal, designed for comfort, and of course it's nutritional benefits! Slow cooked meats are a must during the postpartum period and beyond, as they are full of iron and protein (more specifically glycine) which helps with tissue repair and recovery. This dish is one of the best! Melt in your mouth lamb meets a rich Greek inspired tomato sauce - SO hearty and SO delicious! We also finish it with a fresh and zingy, lemon, feta, basil & parsley topper. We use locally sourced, high quality meats. Choose from two sizes:- Small (serves 1)- Large (serves 2-3) ALLERGENS: Contains gluten (risoni) All our meals and snacks are made fresh and snap frozen to retain freshness. They will be delivered frozen, in a cardboard box, with an ice pack and thermal insulated carton liner.
