Here's a reference for hip and low height hammocks. Remember we tend to use about 1.5-2 feet/.6 meters of fabric in aerial knots, but we get some of that height back depending on how you rig your daisy chains (doubled over or lengthwise). Please note: the longer the fabric, the more difficult the height will be to adjust. They are portable and the perfect size for at-home practice. All hammocks are 2.4-2.8 Meters or 9.2 feet wide, so you can stretch out in the fabric. Prints and ombres are narrower, and solid colors are slightly wider. Always measure out for your own ceiling.
